Rebecca is the finest real estate agent I have ever met and I have bought and sold many houses. Rebecca timed perfectly listing the condo to gain competitive market advantage. Sold the condo after 1st showing for all cash, full price, quick closing! She has solid knowledge of the market and a of  arcane CA laws, customs and practices.
